Hussain is a digital development professional and a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He works where data, technology and public systems meet, helping governments and development institutions design and deliver programmes that achieve their intended outcomes.
He is currently a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, working as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank on India's National Urban Health Mission. His areas of interest include data strategy, digital transformation, AI policy, GIS-based tools and the design of digital products for public programmes.
In nearly five years, he has worked with a multilateral development bank, a global consulting firm, the World Health Organization, an international NGO, donor-funded programmes and governments, across both strategy and implementation.
He grew up in Hyderabad, India. Outside work, he enjoys football, Formula 1 and theatre.
